We are looking to hire a Business Developer to join our team.
Salary will vary depending on the individuals Experience & Work Output. This job position Also includes commission on all sales which may increase how much one can earn yearly.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate & Oversee Landscape Enhancement Services on client properties, ensuring they are completed on time & in budget. Must be ready to resolve any issues or challenges that may come up during services and throughout the year. Must give technical support, leadership, and crew management on the job.
- Create or Maintain relationships with customers to better understand and achieve their needs
- Make visits to our customers to identify opportunities for growth within our platform
- Manage all reporting about the quality of customers' accounts
Qualifications
- Previous Sales & Account management experience preferably in the Landscape or a similar Industry.
- Articulate and well accustomed to a client facing role.
- Knowledge of plants, landscape maintenance best practices, maintaining beds, identifying grass / plants types and pruning.
